How to travel with Basiskort
With Basiskort, you must check in every time you board and check out every time you leave. This also applies when changing during your journey, even if you continue with the same type of transport. If you check in again within 30 minutes of your last check-out, your journeys will be treated as a single journey.
When you start a journey
Check in when you get on. Check out when you get off.
If you change along the way
Check in again when you get on. Check out again when you get off.
Use the checkpoint
You will find yellow Checkpoints, which are used for both check-in and check-out. You also use the Checkpoint if you want to add additional travellers to your journey.
Order your personal Basiskort
The easiest way is to order The personal Basiskort through Self Service. It only takes a few minutes, and the card will be sent directly to your home. If you are unable to order it online, you can buy it at selected sales points or call Rejsekort Customer Service on +45 70 11 33 33.
Buy your anonymous Basiskort
The anonymous Basiskort can be purchased at kiosks, sales points, and DSB 7-Eleven stores at stations.
