Anonymous Basiskort
You can buy an anonymous Basiskort at DSB 7-Eleven shops at stations and at a larger selection of kiosks. The card can be purchased and topped up with cash or a payment card. See the map of sales outlets by using the link at the bottom of the page.
Personal Basiskort
You can now buy a personal Basiskort at the six sales outlets listed below. The card is available for adults, children, young people (18+), seniors (both over and under 67 years old), and travellers with disabilities. You will receive the card immediately, and it is ready to use straight away.

When purchasing a personal Basiskort at a sales location
You must have MobilePay or a payment card, as we will create your account and set up a payment agreement using MobilePay or a payment card. At the sales outlet, you will receive a form that you need to complete. If you would like to complete the form at home, you can download and print the form here.
If your account is created at a sales location, you will not have access to Self Service, where you can view prices, update your information, block cards, and view your travel history. If you would like access to Self Service, you can instead order your Basiskort online here: http://mit.rejsekort.dk.
Special information for seniors under 67 and travellers with disabilities
Remember to bring valid documentation of your identity and your chosen customer type when purchasing Basiskort at a sales outlet.
Documentation of identity can, for example, be a health card, driving licence, or passport.
Documentation proving eligibility for travellers with disabilities can be one of the following:
Companion Card Denmark (Ledsagekort Danmark)
Membership card from the Danish Association of the Blind (Dansk Blindesamfund)
Membership card from the Visual Centre Refsnæs (Synscenter Refsnæs)
Documentation proving eligibility for seniors under 67 can, for example, be:
DSB ID card
Pension payment letter (no older than 1 year)
Pension payment statement (no older than 1 year)
If you already use the Rejsekort app
If you are a user of the Rejsekort app, you already have a payment agreement with us and can purchase your Basiskort without creating a new account.
