Travel with Basiskort
Basiskort is for those who prefer a physical card when travelling with public transport. There are two types of Basiskort, a personal card and an anonymous card. You can buy The personal Basiskort through Self Service and at selected sales points. The anonymous Basiskort can be purchased at kiosks, sales points, and DSB 7-Eleven stores at stations.

The personal Basiskort
The card is personal and can only be used by you. You can travel at a reduced fare if you are a child, a pensioner or a passenger with a disability. You pay for your journeys once a day by payment card or MobilePay. You can order the card via Self-Service or purchase it at one of our sales locations here:

Help for relatives and carers
As a relative or carer, you are always welcome to help, for example, your mother, uncle, neighbour, or the person you are a carer for, to create a profile and order the personal Baiskort– provided that you are acting with the agreement of the person you are helping.
