Basiskort with Invoice
Basiskort with invoice payment coming in early 2027
Basiskort with invoice payment is expected to be available in early 2027. If you have started using another ticketing solution, you can continue to use it. All temporary solutions for customers without a payment card or MobilePay will remain available until Basiskort with invoice payment is ready. This ensures that all customers can continue to travel on public transport at the correct fare. In November, we will update this website with information about when Basiskort with invoice payment will be available for purchase in 2027.
About Basiskort with invoice payment
Basiskort with invoice payment is for customers who are unable to pay for their journeys by payment card or MobilePay.
Basiskort with invoice payment is a personal Basiskort with a balance that must be topped up with a fixed amount each month. The fixed amount is paid by invoice, and it will be possible to register the payment for Betalingsservice. If you need to top up your Basiskort during the month, you can do so at any sales point. See the list of sales points here: Sales and service points.
There are certain requirements for getting a Basiskort with invoice payment. You can read more about the requirements further down this page.
Would you like to be notified when invoice payment becomes available? You can fill out the form here: Go to the form. If you have already filled out the form, you do not need to do anything else. We will contact you by email or phone when there is an update.

If you are under 67 and receive a public pension, you must carry documentation of your identity as well as documentation showing that you receive a public pension, such as a DSB ID card or a payment letter from Udbetaling Danmark.
