When buying a personal Basiskort at a sales point
You can buy a personal Basiskort at selected sales location. You will receive the card immediately, and it is ready to use straight away.

At the sales location, you can pay for the card with cash, a payment card, or MobilePay. You can also link MobilePay and a payment card to pay for your journeys.

When purchasing a personal Basiskort, you must complete a form with your personal information. If you would like to complete the form before visiting a sales outlet, you can download and print the form here: Go to form. Please note that the form is only available in Danish.

If your account is created at a sales location, you will not have access to Self Service, where you can view prices, update your information, block cards, and view your travel history.

Special information for seniors under 67 and travellers with disabilities:
Remember to bring valid documentation of your identity and your desired customer type when purchasing a Basiskort at a sales outlet.

- Documentation of identity can, for example, be a health card, driving licence, or passport.

- Documentation of eligibility for travellers with disabilities can be a Companion Card (Ledsagekort Danmark), a membership card from the Danish Association of the Blind (Dansk Blindesamfund), or a membership card from the Visual Centre Refsnæs (Synscenter Refsnæs).

- Documentation of eligibility for seniors under 67 can, for example, be a DSB ID card, a pension payment letter (no older than 1 year), or a pension payment statement (no older than 1 year).

If you already use the Rejsekort app
If you are a user of the Rejsekort app, you already have a payment agreement with us and can purchase your Basiskort without creating a new account.

Buying an anonymous Basiskort at sales outlets
You can buy an anonymous Basiskort at kiosks, sales outlets, and DSB 7-Eleven. The card can be purchased and topped up with cash or a payment card. The anonymous Basiskort costs DKK 80.
